📸 Photography & Media Policy

To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, and due to limited venue capacity, only officially credentialed event media and photographers approved by Diversity News Magazine Awards will receive complimentary media access.

Guests, nominees, performers, fashion designers, sponsors, and attendees are welcome to invite photographers and videographers; however, any photographer or videographer who is not officially credentialed by the event must purchase a regular admission ticket.

Purchasing a ticket does not grant backstage access, red carpet media access, press credentials, or special photography privileges. All photographers and videographers must remain in public seating areas unless otherwise authorized by event management.

Media credentials are limited and must be approved in advance.
