Los Angeles, CA — July 9, 2026 — Diversity News Magazine proudly announces that Joy Marivic will join the entertainment lineup as the second award show performer for the 1st Annual Diversity News Magazine Awards 2026.
Joy Marivic is a talented vocalist, performer, composer, and healthcare professional whose passion for music and dedication to inspiring others have earned her recognition on national and international stages. A BSN Graduate Registered Nurse (RN), Joy has successfully combined her professional career with her artistry, captivating audiences with her powerful vocals, heartfelt performances, and original music.
Her achievements include receiving the La Femme Best Performer Award (2016) and the Gawad America Award (2016). She was recognized as Outstanding La Femme – Best Melodic Enchanting Vocalist, and her work as an OPM (Original Pilipino Music) composer continues to inspire audiences worldwide. She was also honored as the La Femme Beat PopDisco Performing Artist (2019) at the Hollywood Celebrity Center and showcased her artistry at Wish USA Wisclusive OPM 2023 in Long Island, New York, bringing Filipino music and culture to international audiences.
Taking place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre, located inside the historic Barnsdall Art Park in Hollywood, California, the inaugural awards celebration will feature an exciting evening of live entertainment, awards, fashion, and recognition honoring creativity, achievement, and culture across media, entertainment, fashion, and community leadership.
